Dulse is a type of seaweed, and is a nutritional power-house with high levels of iodine, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium. It contains vitamins A, C, E and most Bs, including B6 and B12.
Traditionally added to miso soup, dulse can be added to stir fries, omelets, salads and even muffin and scone batter.
