REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Our priority at King Online is to ensure that our customers remain satisfied with the quality of our products. If our customers are not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they may return their order and are entitled to receive a full refund, subject to our terms and conditions, within 14 days after the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange the product must not be opened or used, and it must be returned in the same state it was purchased with the original packaging in tact, and accompanied by the receipt.
