Reduces soft tissue trauma. Adults: 2-3 tablets to be dissolved under the tongue 3 times daily, in acute cases every half an hour. Children 7-12 years: 1-2 tablets to be dissolved under the tongue. Children 3-6 years: 1 tablet dissolved in a little water or tea. Discontinue usage if hypersensitive to Arnica. Do not use before an operation or before childbirth except under medical supervision. Contains traces of nuts. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
