How to Place an Order
- You can create an account or place an order as a guest. You will only be able to track your order if you create an account before placing the order. As an account holder, your shipping and contact details will be saved on our system and you will not need to re-enter this information when you place future orders.
- You can either search for a product in the search bar or find it under “Categories” on the top left of the website.
- To place an order for one item only, click on the “Buy Now” button. You will be redirected to the checkout page. To place an order for multiple items, click on the “Add to Cart” button and then continue shopping. When you have added all the products that you want, click on the cart icon on the top right of the website. You can either click on “View Cart” or “Checkout”. If you view your cart, you will be able to see all the items in your cart, adjust the quantity or enter a discount code. To purchase the items in your cart, click on “Proceed to Checkout” at the bottom right.
- On the checkout page, enter your billing and shipping information.
- Below this (or on the right if you are using a computer) you will see your order information.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the box below the order totals.
- Select your shipping option from the following:
- FREE delivery on Friday to Johannesburg and Pretoria – if you spend R400 or more.
- FREE nationwide delivery – if you spend at least R1000.
- Standard delivery for R90 – your order will be delivered to your door within 2-5 business days after payment has been received.
- Express delivery for R120 – your order will be delivered to your door within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
- Collect from Hobart Grove Centre in Bryanston for R10.
- If you would like your order to be shipped outside of South Africa, please email your order to orders@king-online.co.za. Include the international delivery address in the email. We will reply with the delivery costs and ship your order once payment has been received.
