Use with other foodstuffs or on its own. Add to salads, smoothies, cereal, yoghurt, or over pasta, soups, and fresh vegetables. Keep refrigerated once opened. Use within 3 months of opening
As flour replacement substitute 15-30% of flour with flax flour when baking.
To replace one egg stir 1 tablespoon of flax flour into 3 tablespoons of water and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Suggested Servings/ Daily intake
- Adult: 1-2 Tablespoons
- Children: 1-2 Teaspoons
Adequate fluid intake is advised when consuming this product due to its high fibre content.
