How To Use:
Strong bitter taste. Mix into fruit juice or plain with water as a tonic and have a chaser on hand.
Maintenance: 2g (1 tsp) once a day
Therapeutic: Up to 5g (2.5 tsp) for relaxation purposes, and as a natural, recreational mood enhancer.
