Solgar Garlic Powder 500 mg contains certified Allicin (the active ingredient), an organosulfur compound obtained from garlic. Allicin is part of a defense mechanism against attacks by pests on the garlic plant.

Solgar Garlic Powder daily dosage of 1 -2 vegetable capsules, is certified to provide a minimum of 1,500 µgallicin yield and 10,000 µgalliin per two capsules.
