The Ketogenic Program Made Easy is designed to help put your body in a state of ketosis. That means your body is being put into a state wear it burns your body fat to create energy as it runs lows on glucose. By cutting out excessive carbs you are allowing your body to run low on glucose and forcing your body to burn its fat stores to maintain normal function of all body systems and organs.
