The gees starts with fire–roasting sun-ripened tomatoes, red peppers, and onions over invasive acacia coals. Blending in fresh oregano, coriander, our signature blend of spices, and naturally fermented vinegar adds complexity to these fire-roasted ingredients. Our team of chefs taste and perfect every batch before bottling and shipping. The salsa delivers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity with a subtle lick of smoke, reminiscent of our favourite pastime, a braai. It is low in sugar and salt, with no preservatives. This is our mildest sauce, with no chile added, and is perfect for those of you who want to add some mild depth of flavour to your dishes.
