One vegetarian capsule provides: Zinc bisglycinate chelate (equivalent 15 mg elemental zinc) Copper bisglycinate chelate (equivalent 1 mg elemental copper) Selenium glycinate complex (equivalent 100 µg elemental selenium) Cucurbita moschata (Pumpkin seed) [extract 4:1] 150 mg 10 mg 10 mg 330 mg Other ingredients: Vegetarian Capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, and natural flowing agent. Directions: Take one to two (1-2) capsules per day with food.
